A real example

This is roughly what one site's list looks like. Yours will share some of it and none of the rest.

• Perimeter fence intact No cuts, no gaps at the base, gates hung true.
• Gates secured Padlocks actually engaged, not just the gate pushed shut.
• Exterior lighting working Every pole light. Anything out gets noted and photographed.
• No unauthorised vehicles Anything not on your list — we photograph the plate.
• Fire extinguishers in date The tag on each one, not just that it is on the wall.
• Spill kit stocked Absorbent, bags and gloves present and still sealed.
• No dumping along the access road Added after it happened three times.

How your list gets built

We come out, you walk us round, and you talk. Most of it comes out naturally — the gate that gets left open, the light that keeps going, the thing your insurer asked about, the corner you cannot see from the office.

We write it down in your words, along with what "fine" looks like for each one, so a different person doing the check reaches the same conclusion you would.

It changes when you need it to

Add something after an incident, drop something once it stops mattering. Old reports keep reading the way they read at the time, so the history stays honest.

What we do not do

We are not guarding the site and we are not responding to alarms. We check, we record, and we tell you. Acting on it stays with you — which is also why the report goes to you and nobody else.
