Order Thru Chaos

Your site, checked properly — and the record to prove it.

We walk your site with you, write down what needs watching, and then check it on a schedule you agree to. Every visit gets written up and sent to you — including the ones where everything was exactly as it should be.

Based in Strathmore, Alberta.

Three things that make this worth paying for

Not a patrol contract and not a box-ticking exercise. A standing arrangement where somebody who knows your site turns up, looks at the things you care about, and tells you what they found.

You decide what gets checked

There is no generic checklist. We meet you at the site, you walk us round, and what you point at is what goes on the list — gates, lighting, fencing, extinguisher tags, spill kits, the corner where people keep dumping things. That list is yours, and every visit runs it.

You know when we are coming

Before every visit we text you a three-hour window and wait for your OK. Nobody arrives to a locked gate, nobody is surprised by a vehicle on site, and you always know who it was. It is a small thing that keeps everything else running smoothly.

You get a record, not just bad news

Most services only contact you when something is wrong. We write up every visit either way, so what builds up over a year is not a complaints file — it is evidence that your site was being looked at, on a schedule, by someone whose job it was.

Anyone can say they turned up

Every report shows the window you agreed to and the times we were actually on site, side by side. If you keep camera footage, it should show a vehicle arriving and leaving when we say it did. We put those times in front of you on purpose, because a record you can check yourself is worth more than one you have to take on trust.

Every visit, in order, with the times — yours to check.

How it works

Four steps, and only the first one needs much of your time.

1

We meet at your site

You show us round and tell us what matters here. That conversation becomes your checklist.

2

We agree a rhythm

Fortnightly, monthly, or as and when you call. The timing within it varies deliberately.

3

We text, you confirm, we attend

A three-hour window each time. We work the list and note when we arrived and left.

4

You get the report — and it stays put

It arrives by email and it also lives in your client portal, with photographs of anything we found. Every visit, in order, going back as far as we have been working together.

Tell us about your site

A short conversation and a walk round is usually enough to say what we would check and how often. No obligation either way.
